Breaking Forth Amidst the Weight

The plain truth is, the weight will keep increasing. Let's look at it like a weightlifter: an average individual wouldn't carry the weight of a champion, and the weight of a champion would crush an average person if they tried. On the other hand, a champion would consider lifting a beginner's weight an insult, because as strength expands, so does the availability of power to do more.

But there's a limit. A champion can believe they can carry all sorts of weight, but there's an inbuilt power that, once expanded beyond a certain point, can lead to bone malfunction or even a bone shift. It's a reminder that even the strongest among us have boundaries.

Let's bring it home: every individual is structured to lift something, no matter how small. As a child grows, there's an age bracket where they begin to do certain things - so everyone is built to lift something. Inability to do that would require a worried parent to take measures to ensure their child passes that milestone. So, no one is really exempt.

Here's the takeaway:

1. You need to leave your comfort zone and lift some weight (start that task, begin that project, make an effort). It's time to take on new challenges and push yourself beyond what's familiar.

2. As you grow, you'll build momentum to lift bigger things. You won't even have to try hard; it'll become inbuilt. You'll find yourself tackling tasks with ease, and that's when you know you're ready for more.

3. Like an Olympic athlete, you need to train and give yourself to extra effort to make something beautiful out of you. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about becoming the best version of yourself.

4. Aim higher, but remember: you grow into it, train into it, and prepare your mind that you're ready for it. You'll see different categories of people achieving greatness, and that's when you realize it's not about comparing yourself to others; it's about surpassing your own limits.

5. Know your limits. Every weightlifter has theirs, and it's okay to acknowledge them. Don't overburden yourself; give yourself time to breathe. And when the weight gets too heavy, equip others to help and assist you. You don't have to do it alone.
